Bryson and I grew up just a hop, skip, and a jump away from each other, yet we never laid eyes on each other until we both worked as carnies together at a theme park. Totally romantic, right?! The same goes for Allison + Kyle! After growing up near each other, yet never knowing who the other was, these two met online after high school, went on one date, and flourished their relationship into an eventual proposal! How sweet!! After moving to Pittsburgh for their schooling and careers, Kyle planned the perfect moment to pop the question at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, which is absolutely GORGEOUS! With their families as the secret photographers, he got down on one knee and asked Allison the question of a lifetime. With a “yes!” and a kiss, these two were ready to start planning their forever together!
After capturing Allison + Kyle’s perfect twirls and giggles at the courthouse, we ventured to Allison’s grandparents’ lakeside home to snap images of pure nostalgia and bliss. Placing these adorable two in front of our lenses with the lake in the landscape was like a scene from a Nicholas Sparks movie. The only thing missing was a piano ballad in the background!
Allison and Kyle, your poise and overflowing hearts to help others is completely admirable. We count it as a great honor to capture your wedding day memorable moments and to have a forever friendship with you all as well! Let’s plan a Pirates game double date soon. ;)
