In the wedding world, we continually hear from people, “I wish I would have hired a videographer for our wedding day!” Don’t worry, friends, Bryson and I wish we would have as well six years ago when we got married!! Now that we have been serving couples with the trade of film for close to four years now, we have cultivated a passion for capturing those precious moments that can easily be overlooked: the sweet touches between the bride and groom, the voice inflections of the couple as they read their tender letters from each other, every step of their first dance together as husband and wife, and the list goes on and on and on and on!! As videographers, it is our desire to deliver timeless films to our couples that allow them to relive some of the most sentimental and beautiful highlights from their joining in holy matrimony! Needless to say, Nick and Danielle were the perfect package when it came to a couple that diligently planned not only for each and every stunning wedding day detail but for their keepsake film as well. :) You may have heard the phrase, “When it rains, it pours”, with a negative connotation, but Nick and Danielle’s wedding would prove the meaning behind that phrase wrong! Yes it rained. Yes it poured. Yes the tornado sirens went off at one point. But every raindrop represented another reason as to why Nick and Danielle are the perfect match with their genuine love for each other and passion and zeal for marriage! We may have run into a few hiccups while dodging all of those raindrops, but nothing was going to stop these two from finding the good in every part of their wedding day and us from filming all the love and tenderness between these two. Take a second, and think of the song that you hear as the bride makes her grand entrance into the ceremony. Everyone drops their jaws and stops to stare at her bridal beauty. Canon in D should have been playing every second after Danielle stepped into her wedding gown! This bride was G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S not just on the outside, but her heart and attitude was purely just as delightful! Her Yelin styled dress by Pronovias was nothing short of remarkable glamour. With its lace roses intertwined to the illusion sleeves and neckline, white beading, and frothy, tulle train, Danielle looked as if she just stepped out of a wedding magazine! We know our couples tend to feel nervous for one of our favorite parts of filming a wedding day: the interview! How does this work exactly?! Well, we sit the bride and groom down, separately, and have them read letters from each other and answer a few questions, which gives us such beautiful insight to their divine devotion to each other! Nick and Danielle not only floored us with their letters to each other but also with their commentary on how and why they knew they were meant for each other. You better believe a tear or two was shed during this time! After an endearing ceremony, Nick and Danielle were now joined together in the greatest union! With their sweetest friends and family by their side, they were ready to commemorate this celebration with a whole lot of dancing and rock and roll! Nick and Danielle left it ALL on the dance floor with their special and well-rehearsed first dance. Even though the two of them were both dancing, it was as if the entire dance was one motion, representing their unity of becoming husband and wife. Needless to say, this wedding day was an absolute dream with lots of drizzles and over pouring of enchantment and committed love!
