Does anyone else besides us feel like high school was FOREVER ago?? I mean, how has it already been close to a decade since Bryson and I graduated?! Even though time has flown by a little too fast, we’re so excited that Taryn + Zach (a fellow Jasper Wildcat graduate of mine) chose us to be their #1 photography fans on their wedding day!!
Prior to our time spent together, Taryn requested that we spend part of the session at her grandparent’s Patoka cabin, and we are so thankful we did! The Luekens’ cabin was nestled in the most quaint, forest landscape with a tire swing, flowing creek, and the most adorable outhouse! After capturing plenteous moments of nostalgia, we strolled around Patoka Lake, spotting all of the dreamy landscapes and even got to dip our toes in the sand for the sunset, glamor shots!
Taryn + Zach go way back to a time spent with juice boxes and the playground when they met at daycare! Time had passed and they grew apart, but thank goodness for Facebook! After all those years, they reconnected, and the rest was beautiful history! Zach planned the best proposal to take place at their favorite gazebo, overlooking Patoka Lake. Being that she was distracted by goose poop, Taryn did not expect to turn around and see Zach down on one knee! These daycare pals are now awaiting the beautiful moment of committing their lives to each other forever, and we can’t wait to celebrate with them! Taryn and Zach, you two have the most wonderful hearts and are just divine together and totally float our boat!!
